According to the Complaint, the Company made false and misleading statements to the market. Adobe was losing market share to Figma, which was becoming an a leader in user experience design. The Company's 'Express' product was not a strong competitor to Figma and failed to bring in new customers. As a result, the Company was losing business to its competitor. Based on these facts, the Company's public statements were false and materially misleading throughout the class period. When the market learned the truth about Adobe, investors suffered damages.
